Prior to LyondellBasell, David spent over 25 years at Dow Chemical Company in a range of senior positions, most recently as Project Manager for a new $200 million chemical manufacturing facility developing from concept to construction. He holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University.

Alvaro began his career at Indura/Air Products, where he held various positions in engineering and mining services before joining ME Elecmetal, a leading global supplier of crushing and grinding technology to the mining industry. At ME Elecmetal he oversaw sales for the North of Chile, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean as well as Spain and expanded the business by winning new contracts with a number of major global mining companies. Alvaro qualified as a Mechanical Civil Engineer from the University of Santiago and has an MBA from the Adolfo Ibáñez School of Management, Chile.

Dr. Uhrie is a senior leader in all aspects of mine management and project development with approximately 30 years of experience with major and mid-tier mining companies such as Freeport-McMoRan, Newmont, The Doe Run Company and Energy Fuels. He has operated mines on three continents and has demonstrated experience in domestic and international operations, operations management, due diligence, geological exploration, engineering and new project development, startups, R&D, mergers and acquisitions, and mine finance. He is an internationally recognized technical expert in copper sulfide processing with particular emphasis in heap leaching of copper sulfides including chalcopyrite. He is the author of 20+ publications, a Professional Engineer, and a Qualified Person for the purposes of NI43-101.

He holds a BSc Engineering in Biotechnology and an MBA, both from the University of Chile.

Stephen holds an MS in Exploration and Resource Geology from Cardiff University and is an MBA candidate at the Australian Graduate School of Management, University NSW.
